CLUB MODÈLE® REWARDS
How would you like to earn and collect points toward free Modèle products? Club Modèle makes it easy and convenient for you to qualify!
Here is how the Club Modèle rewards program works:
1. Inside every Modèle product you will find a Club Modèle card that contains a unique Product Identification Number (PIN). Note: If you do not find a Club Modèle card inside your package, please write to us. Mail either the original UPC code (found on the outer product carton) or your original store receipt, including your name, address and e-mail address to

2. Log on www.clubmodele.com and register your Modèle purchase by entering the unique PIN number, date of purchase and name of store. Please note that each PIN number is unique and can only be entered once. If the PIN number does not match our records, you will be asked to re-enter your PIN number. Only valid PIN numbers will be accepted.
3. You can register and collect Club Modèle reward points when you purchase any combination of Modèle products. Your reward points are automatically tracked by the Club Modèle system. You can view your reward points status at any time when you log in to your account.
